K&F Dynamics was not born in a boardroom or an investor's office. It was forged through decades of adversity, neurodivergent persistence, and an unshakable belief that limitation is not destiny.

Both founders spent their early lives navigating systems that were never designed for them — educational, medical, and institutional structures built around a narrow definition of "normal." Where others saw barriers, they learned to engineer bridges. Together, they built a company that reflects exactly that instinct: when a system fails you, you don't wait for permission — you build a better one.

That philosophy is woven into every architecture K&F designs and every client relationship it builds. We help organizations move from externally defined limits toward self-directed, deliberate control over their security and their systems.

Eric Frederick

Co-Founder & CEO — Strategic Systems & Cyber Policy Lead

Eric's professional identity is rooted in an idea psychologists call an internal locus of control — the conviction that agency comes from within, not from the ceilings others try to impose. Having spent much of his early life told what he would never do, he has built a career around helping people and organizations reject prescribed limits and take deliberate command of their own systems.

With over two decades of experience in social systems design and program leadership, Eric brings a rare human-first lens to technology. He oversees strategic systems, cybersecurity policy, organizational development, and compliance architecture — translating hard-won understanding of how systems fail people into systems that protect them.

Jonathan Keeton

Co-Founder & CTO — Quantum Security Engineer Leads all four technical divisions: AI Automation, Managed Protection, AI Vulnerability Defense, and Quantum R&D

Raised across cultures and fluent in seven languages, Jonathan's mind operates through pattern recognition, structural logic, and deep-focus systems immersion. From an early age he engineered his own tools to think alongside him — a habit that became the foundation of his entire technical philosophy. He didn't just use technology to learn; he architected it.

A self-taught, certified cybersecurity specialist and quantum researcher, Jonathan has contributed to work alongside leading research institutions. He directs K&F's full technology vision — AI integration, quantum R&D, security architecture, and AI vulnerability defense — living proof that brilliance cannot be credentialed out of existence.
